Pay As You Go Mobile Phones Warning

images-4Jenni Epps, who lives in the village, would like to draw people’s attention to a problem that she, and some others in the village, have experienced recently with Mobile (Pay as you Go) Phones.

Most pay-as-you-go mobile phones are disconnected after a certain period of time if not used and companies differ on how long that is. As well as being discounnected without warning, any credit on the account will be entirely lost. Sadly, “use it or lose it” seems to apply. Please check your mobile accounts to check your ‘non-use’ time to ensure you do not lose your credit or connection.

On a happier note, after numerous phone calls, Jenni did actually manage to get her account reinstated and her credit returned … so don’t give up hope if you, too, find yourself in this situation.
