GREAT TURN OUT FOR CPR/DEFIBRILLATOR TRAINING

Some 35 people turned up for the CPR training in the village hall last Tuesday.  Helen Long our local First Responder was on hand to give advice with regards to CPR and the use of the defibrillator. As many of you will know we have two defibrillators – one at The Anchor, Seatown and one in the centre of the village at The George.  I am sure all of us who attended feel a little more confident after our training.  A certificate was handed out to all that took part.  This was a very interesting afternoon and may lead to ‘saving someone’s life’.  Thank you to Heather, Mary and David for their support to this project.
