Please join us in the Village Hall for an Evening of history, commemoration, fun and reflection commemorating the 100th Anniversary of The Battle of the Somme. Follow the story of the Battle of the Somme 100 years after the most iconic battle of the Great War. An armchair battlefield tour at Chideock Village Hall on Saturday 2nd July from 7.00pm. The evening includes a trench supper and a tot of rum before going over the top! Entrance is free but a welcome donation of £12.50 would be greatly appreciated towards hall funds.
